My Story
Hi! My name is Douann, and I am just excited to see that you are on here trying to find out what makes Scentsy such an amazing place to be!!! I'll tell you my back story, and maybe it will help you decide if this is some leap you yourself are on the fence about! And maybe I will help you make that life-changing decision to join all of us today.
I started out becoming deathly afraid of the fire hazards of candles being left lit, yet I loved the scents of them, so I searched and searched for years trying to find those strong scents that make the house cozy.
Well, I went to go visit one of my friends, and she just so happened to have Sugared Strawberry in her bathroom, and I became hooked; I needed to have all the things that could make a home smell so amazing that it caught people attention as soon as they came in. I couldn't wait; once I found all the amazing ways to make everything smell amazing, I just had to figure out how to go about getting them all!!!
I joined a party online, and there was this amazing lady who went out of her way to show you all the benefits of being the one lady who had all the latest scents and how to get ahead of the game and get them before they were all gone! So I joined the team and never looked back. Since then, I have taken my isolated lifestyle and ventured out to become very social and inviting, sharing the wealth of this scent or that cartoon character that no one can live without. Being a consultant has helped me to be more involved in my life and try new things like socializing and having house parties with new people and making them into amazing friends!!!!
